About the role:

Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for coordinating West HQ's digital communications including outbound member communications, social media platforms, websites management and (CRM) Customer Relationship Management systems' management. This role requires a team player and provides the chance to shine in a supportive, fun and past paced environment.

Duties include:

  • Integrated 'owned' channel campaign deployment including applying using digital marketing expertise to identify 'right' channel, 'right' message, 'right' timing;
  • Regular analysis and reporting of web traffic, activity, and trends through analytics platforms and tools such as Google Analytics to inform future campaign and activity;
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of email and SMS campaigns to continually optimise West HQ's digital content strategy;
  • Social media planning, content curation and management to deliver engagement;
  • Manage the West HQ Loyal database including implementing the CRM (Hubspot) integration with the other CRM systems across the business;
    and
  • Work withthe Marketing Team to lead the delivery of social medial email and SMS marketing using advanced editorial skills, creative and digital marketing expertise to deliver effective campaigns for West HQ 'whole of destination' to maximise customer engagement and conversion.

What do you need to be considered?

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing (Degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position.
  • A good understanding of web, social, SMS and email marketing techniques.
  • Analytical and reporting abilities.
  • An eye for user experience and design details.
  • Experience in SEO and SEM management.
  • Strong capabilities in WordPress, Hootsuite and a CRM similar to HubSpot.
  • The ability to manage multiple digital assets across web, social media, SMS and eDMs.
  • Experience working with digital agencies.
  • Experience in managing multiple digital projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing digital strategies.
  • Google Analytics knowledge.
  • Experience reporting key digital metrics.
