The role
An experienced Development Director or experienced Senior Development or Project Manager looking to step up is required to join the team. This is a senior leadership position within the business which will see you lead their project management team and projects. This includes engaging and developing the existing team, meeting client expectations, and achieving desired project outcomes. Key responsibilities will include:

• Drive Initiatives to Create a Highly Engaged, High Performing Culture
• Oversee Delivery of Projects on Time &
  On Cost
• Work with Clients to Understand Requirements &
  Prepare Briefs
• Source, Pitch, and Secure New Business for the Company
• Maintain &
  Enhance Existing ClientRelationships by Securing Repeat Business

Skills &
experience
To be considered for this position you will have around 8-10 years of experience in development, project management, and/or contracts administration. Other requirements include:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction, or Equivalent
• Experience in Managing People &
  Creating High-Performance Culture
• Outstanding, Developed Negotiation Skills
• Proven Experience Executing Complex Projects in Excess of $50m
• Communication &
  Interpersonal Skills including Stakeholder Engagement Skills
