Opal is an industry-leading packaging business, with sites across Australia and New Zealand. We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse and Dispatch Supervisor to join the team at our site in East Arm (NT).

The key focus of this role will be to:

• Management of supply chain, operations and administration of NT Depots including warehousing, carton erecting and dispatch to fulfill customer orders.
• Overall management of equipment, employees, agents, safety, logistics and administration.
• Maintain DIFOT standards, ensuring they are met for the depot
• Working with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally (including but not limited to:
  production teams, customer service teams, casual labour suppliers and transport providers)
• Ensuring that relevant training and inductions are conducted by all individuals on-site
• Drive a safety-first culture across the site

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

• A current forklift license and experience in operating a forklift is required
• Must have experience in using SAP
• Must be adaptable and be calm under pressure
• Experience in stock control and freight forwarding
• Well-developed and clearly demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent customer-focus and prioritisation skills
