Cyber Security Officer

Our IT Operations Team is on a mission to find an expert Cyber Security Officer to understand cyber risk to manage and defend ASICS systems and information assets from cyber threats, while also maintaining alignment of ASICS agreed cyber frameworks.
So, what goes in to making that happen?
Aligning ASICS to agreed frameworks, such as NIST, ISO-27001 or other
Defend and protect our systems and information assets
Creating and maintaining a suite of policies, procedures and other documentation require for cyber security, aligning with ASICS global requirements as required
Updating and maintaining thecritical serviceasset register
Reviewing and proposing cyber security solutions, aligned with ASICS global where required
Maintaining ASICS'SIEM/SOC capability
Vulnerability management and reporting
Respond to cyber security incidentswhile communicating with management and key stakeholders, assisting with investigations and recovery where required
Define cyber security requirements for our partner/supplier network, contributing to contract reviews with partners/suppliers
Establish an annual cyber security review process of partners/suppliers
Chairing regular steering committee and advisory board meetings
Establishing a regular audit/security testing process, conducting agreed annual/regular tests, e.G. penetration test
Conducting regular training of staff in cyber security threatsand perform regular phishing of staff
Alerting staff to new threats
Contribute cyber security requirements/considerations to the DR plan, assisting with DR testing where required

That's enough about us! Here's what we hope to see from you:
Minimum 2 years experience in a Cyber Security role
Previous experience in Identity Access management
Knowledge of current cyber security tools and procedures
Knowledge of current and emerging cyber security threats, risks, and mitigation strategies
Knowledge or experience with protecting environments with EDR tools
Understanding of NIST CSF or similar
Comfortable presenting solutions and cyber proposals
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with varying levels of stakeholders
Experience in managing relationships between the business, global partners, and vendors
Experience in writing and implementing IT security policies is desirable
