Reporting into the CTO, The Cyber and Information Security Manager will drive the development, implementation and improvement program of Infomedia's cyber and information security strategy across the organisation, to protect our digital assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

The Cyber and Information Security Manager will play a key strategic role within IFM and will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee the company's cyber and information security strategy, policies, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our digital assets.

Provide leadership and direction to the team members, including mentoring, and professional development.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the company's cyber defence capabilities.

Coordinate with stakeholders across the organisation to integrate security considerations into product development, IT infrastructure, and business operations.

Accountable for closing vulnerabilities and risks to drive proactivity across the engineering teams and cyber partnerships

Lead incident response and crisis management efforts, collaborating with internal and external partners to quickly identify, contain, and remediate security incidents.

Manage relationships with external security vendors, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service-level agreements are met.

Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.

Report on the effectiveness of the cyber and information security program to executive leadership, board members, and other relevant stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field;
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.G., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.

At least 10 years of experience in IT security, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, principles, and technologies, including network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and application security.

Familiarity with security standards and frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Critical Security Controls.

Experience managing cybersecurity incidents and conducting investigations.

Proven track record of developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to the company's industry.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
