About the Role
As a Customer Support Officer at TGE, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and responding to emails and phone calls promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service and taking ownership of each interaction.
Data entry of consignment information with precision and accuracy.
Customer pick-up bookings
Consignment Entry
Performing general administrative duties to support operational efficiency.
Providing ad hoc operational administrative support as required.
About You
Skills &
Experience:
Intermediate or Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Willingness to obtain a police clearance if not already obtained.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Previous experience in a blue-collar industry is desirable but not essential.
Demonstrated customer service orientation and related skills.
