As the Chief Digital Officer, you will be responsible for the online strategy, growth and content across all digital channels for Ksubi. You will drive digital marketing strategies, maintain strong budget discipline, manage key external agency partnerships and are the central reporting figure for the business across all digital channels.

A Day in the Life

  • Support and drive all relevant KPI targets including, Online Growth, customer acquisition and retention, ROI, traffic, conversion, and Marketplace
  • Maintain, monitor, and support the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring on schedule delivery of all regular tasks including but not limited to studio operations, product content loading and optimisation and digital marketing activity
  • Drive strong reporting practise to highlight the trends and action against them quickly when needed particularly around channel and content performance/opportunities
  • You can quickly identify and rectify any technical issues with relevant stakeholders in the business, and suggest process changes where necessary
  • Own the ecommerce development roadmap and strategy to stay ahead of all new technologies coming to market
  • Collaborating with head of department counterparts to ensure new partners are onboarded, and a strategy is developed and maintained to drive growth
  • Support the team in understanding and achieving their goals - workload, workflow, time management and ultimate delivery through strong accountability and goal setting

This is you if you have

Technical/Specialist Skills/Experiences

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience leading and coaching a team
  • Experience in performance marketing
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Results focused with proven strategies implemented to increase sales
  • Experience in the Retail Industry is highly regarded
  • Gun trouble shooter and are tech savvy
  • Experience managing a P&
    L
  • Experience managing the ecommerce platform for an omni channel business
  • Experience partnering with external agencies for paid digital marketing and ecommerce development
  • Sound understanding of ecommerce integrations and website development roadmap
  • Degree or Tertiary qualification is highly regarded, particularly Marketing
