We are actively seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Unit Manager to join our flexible team in the Healthcare Nutrition sector. If you are a strategic leader with a strong background in healthcare sales, multiple channel experience, possess excellent analytical skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities-

Territory Management:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Department to co-create the National Channel &
    Customer strategy.
  • Lead the execution strategy for the field force, working closely with Regional Managers to deploy and monitor implementation.
  • Manage Regional Managers in the development, execution, and follow-up of regional business plans.
  • Co-create annual plans with key Strategy stakeholders, translating them into clear focus areas and objectives (KPIs) for the field team and Regional Managers.

Customer Focus:

  • Understand the national customer landscape and identify business opportunities accordingly.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of patient groups and managing healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Work with the Commercial Excellence team to leverage external insights and data for clear recommendations on field force activations.
  • Build relationships and strategic partnerships with national key stakeholders within healthcare.

Healthcare Market:

  • Identify and analyze opportunities, issues, and strategies at the national level
  • Understand national and state funding models, including PBS, NDIS, and state health budgets.

Required Background:

  • Education:
    Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Health-related disciplines.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years sales experience in healthcare sales (nutrition preferred).
    • Commercial acumen demonstrated through numeracy and data analysis.
    • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
    • Presentation skills.
    • Range of channel and customer experiences, ability to manage complex situations and a wide range of stakeholders.
