1. Client Service &
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all communications are clear and timely. Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent and reliable support.
- Provide expert advice on media strategies that best suit the client's goals across both traditional and digital platforms, adapting to changes in the market and client objectives.
- Regularly present campaign results and insights to clients, using data to highlight successes and areas for improvement. Modify strategies based on client feedback and new opportunities.
2. Planning &
Strategy
- Develop comprehensive media plans that optimize the mix of offline and online channels to meet the client's objectives. This includes demographic targeting, budget allocation, and channel selection.
- Lead strategic planning sessions with both the client and internal teams to ensure a unified and effective approach. Create scalable and flexible strategies that can adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
3. Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of media planners, buyers, and other account management personnel, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing guidance and feedback.
- Foster professional growth within the team through training and development opportunities. Ensure that team members are knowledgeable in both offline and online media strategies.
- Efficiently allocate human and technical resources to various projects, ensuring that team efforts are aligned with client priorities and agency capabilities.
4. Execution &
Campaign Optimisation
- Oversee the execution of media campaigns across all chosen channels, ensuring they are launched and maintained effectively. Monitor timelines and budget adherence.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization. Make real-time adjustments to strategies and tactics to enhance outcomes.
- Implement comprehensive reporting frameworks to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights. Use data to drive decisions and report back to the client with transparency and accuracy.
What skills &
experience you'll bringto the table
- A minimum of 7+ years in media planning, buying, or digital Media is required, with a clear progression through roles of increasing responsibility.
- Experience working with a variety of media channels, including TV, Radio, OOH, print, search, social, video, display, audio, content, partnerships, and programmatic advertising.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships, including handling high-stakes accounts and navigating complex client dynamics.
- Experience in managing large clients across various industries, providing a robust understanding of different market challenges and opportunities.
- Extensive experience in planning, executing, and optimising media campaigns that integrate both traditional and digital media.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively, ensuring the best allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams, with a proven ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving shared goals.
