The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced leader seeking an exciting opportunity within the Maritime Domain? Our client is seeking a Program Director to work within their Major Service Provider Team.

As a vital member of the Australian leadership team, you will oversee maritime projects, from strategising to business development and project execution within your account. Your role will involve collaborating with CASG to ensure successful project delivery in line with the clients ZeroHarm ethos.

Responsibilities:

Spearhead the formulation and advancement of strategies and business development initiatives within the Maritime Domain, including early capture management

Take absolute ownership of Account growth by securing new projects and expanding scope to align with the Account Plan

Assume responsibility for achieving and overseeing the execution of Maritime Account Sales and target Revenue/JI

Lead customer engagement efforts across the Maritime Domain

Oversee, evaluate, and enhance project performance within the Account

Maintain accountability for program financials and budgetary allocations

Cultivate relationships throughout the Account, fostering trust with key clients and stakeholders

Address and mitigate Account risks and issues, offering effective problem-solving strategies for issue resolution

Ensure managers within the Account carry out their duties and responsibilities in alignment with the company's management system

What you will bring:

Hold a current Negative Vetting 1 AGSVA Security Clearance (or higher)

Tertiary Qualifications (ideally) in project management, business management / administration, engineering, or similar

Prior experience within the maritime domain (SEA Projects, Navy, etc.)

Prior experience in project management and business development within Defence / Defence Industry

Deep knowledge of CASG operations and functions
