Our client is an automotive service and repair business located on Brisbane's Northside. They are seeking to appoint a Branch or Store Manager or Assistant Manager to take control of all aspects of this business. The client offers security of tenure, modern facilities, and a friendly working environment. This is a beautiful part of Qld offering a more relaxed lifestyle. The business trades Monday to Friday only. Further information in regard to this position can only be given to suitably experienced applicants.
Applicants for this position must have current or recent experience as an automotive industry Service, Workshop or Store Manager or Assistant Manager. You will have strong management, people handling, organisational and financial skills, and be seeking a long term position. In addition, you will have the drive and energy to motivate your staff, satisfy your clients and ensure good profitability.
Salary is envisaged to fall in the $95k to $120k range plus super, as well as a bonus structure, which will be discussed at interview stage.
