Procare's Investigations Division are seeking a Workers Compensation Portfolio Manager to lead the growth of our Workers Compensation Portfolio. You must be a high calibre individual with demonstrated relevant experience, tenacity and a commitment to drive excellent outcomes. This is a unique opportunity for an individual seeking a rewarding position with a leading, national insurance investigations division.
This is a full-time role based from our Head Office in Alexandria.
The Role:

  • Oversee the WC insurance portfolio and ensure effective management of referrals, personnel, and client relationships;
  • Carry out the initial triage &
    allocation of matters, &
    manage skilled WC investigators;
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance portfolio performance;
  • Assist with statistical reporting &
    file auditing;
  • QC the portfolio, ensuring we deliver quality outcomes and are compliant with relevant Codes;
    and
  • Have the progression opportunity to provide investigator training &
    education.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience working in insurance factual investigations and a solid current knowledge of the Workers Compensation insurance industry (mandatory);
  • Demonstrated client relationship experience;
  • Strong customer service ethic is a must, through managing internal and external stakeholders;
  • A drive for divisional growth, including an ability to prepare internal management reports and external reports in line with our SLAs and client requirements;
  • Support &
    assist investigators in their roles and identify opportunities to enhance operational performance of the team;
    and
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work with others effectively to obtain desired outcomes.
