We are looking for a suitably experienced Warehouse Manager who can lead by example, understands the importance of safety, has excellent attention to detail, has a strong team focus and a knack for getting the best out of its people. The position is based at our NSW warehouse, located in Wetherill Park. To be considered for this role, you must hold a current forklift licence.

About the role:

  • Overall accountability for the Rinnai NSW Warehouse function
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to our team of warehouse employees
  • Manage employee performance, monitor KPI's and the day to day workflow management
  • Ensure that Rinnai's high standards of customer service and product fulfillment is maintained
  • Take a proactive role in driving Work Health Safety (WHS) standards and requirements
  • Administration tasks related to warehousing and despatch coordination
  • Preparation of orders from picking slips
  • R/F scanning and forklift operation
  • Picking and packing of goods for delivery
  • Unloading, receipting, and warehousing of all inward goods
  • Drive stocktaking requirements and provision of relevant reporting
  • Identify continuous improvement and change initiatives

About you:

  • A proven work history as a warehouse manager who enjoys being part of the team
  • You will have a hands-on approach as a manager and actively assist the team with all daily warehouse related duties
  • Experience in supervising, leading and managing a team of Storepersons
  • Solid experience in the overall management of large warehouse spaces eg. 10,000sqm
  • A strong focus in managing, monitoring and maintaining Work Health &
    Safety standards
  • You are a passionate and hard working leader who is keen for career development and personal growth
  • You must hold a current Forklift licence
  • Applicants who have prior experience in the planning, management and implementation of a complete warehouse relocation will be held in high regard.
