Who will you be working with? Reporting to the Operations Manager.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility.

The Warehouse Manager will play a leading role in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of day to day activities of the warehouse and related distribution functions. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for safely leading a team of Warehouse Technicians and Warehouse Leads, who perform manual and clerical duties related to inventory counting, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies in order to provide high quality product and customer service to all stakeholders.

Where is the position located? This is full time position at our office in Fountaindale, NSWAs a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility.

What will your typical day look like?

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, kitting, dispatching and assuring quality of goods;

Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback;

Organize and maintain inventory and storage area;

Coordinate with other departments, such as fulfillment and the OTR team, to ensure timely delivery of goods as per set priorities;

Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;

Communicating jobexpectations;
monitoring, appraising job contributions;
adhering to policies and procedures.

Allocating available resource hours as per assigned workload;

Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;

Interface with internal customers to answer questions or solve problems;

Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status;

Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity through audit and correct material handling practices;

Resolve inventoryproblems in a timely manner and escalate as required

Track and report non-conforming product to ensure transactional integrity

Demonstrate awareness and compliance of safety requirements in assigned work area for self and peers;

Identify areas ofimprovement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices;

Participate in hiring and recruitment efforts, including interviews for employes in Warehouse department and

Other duties as assigned.

What do we want to know about you?

Five years minimum experience with warehousing, receiving and dispatching of inventory

Supervisory minimum experience of 5 years

You will be required to ensure that good housekeeping and health and safety regulations are adhered to within the work area.

Continuous Improvement Expectation:
To contribute, be involved in and actively support the continuous improvement process within every facet of the department.
