Well-established practice, serving the community for over 10 years, is looking for a dedicated VR General Practitioner to join our team. Due to the recent retirement of a valued doctor and an increasing patient load, we are seeking an experienced GP to help meet the healthcare needs of our community.

• Immediate Patient Base:
  Take over the patient base from a recently retired doctor, with approximately 10,000 active patients.
• Flexible Working Hours:
  Choose between full-time or part-time roles.
• Busy Practice:
  Expect to see 40-60 patients per day, depending on your working style.
• Generous Remuneration:
  Earn 72% of billings on weekdays and 75% on weekends. Weekly gross billing capacity ranges from $10K to $20K per doctor.
• Initial Retainer:
  Enjoy a retainer of $150/hour for the first 3 months.
• Sign-On Bonus:
  Attractive sign-on bonus available.

Practice Details:

• Billing Type:
  Primarily bulk billing with plans to transition to mixed billing in the future.
• Software:
  Best Practice and Pracsoft.
• Team:
  Work alongside 5-8 GPs, supported by excellent nursing staff and allied health professionals.
• Weekend Sessions:
  The practice is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 4 pm.
• Allied Health:
  Comprehensive support from allied health professionals.
• Nurse Support:
  Strong nursing support to assist with patient care.

Criteria:

• VR GP:
  Must have AHPRA Specialist registration.
• Eligibility:
  Must be legally permitted to work in Australia.
• Preference:
  We prefer candidates interested in a long-term role, as we are not considering a 6-month locum GP.
