The role

As the Vice President of Sales for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, you will helm the expansion of MSAB's presence and sales within this dynamic region. Your primary role will involve strategising and implementing campaigns across various markets, ensuring sustainable growth and enhancing the company's impact in the tech landscape.

Day to Day

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to your sales teams across India, Japan, Singapore, and Australia.
  • Cultivate a vibrant and high-performance culture, motivating teams to excel in their targets.
  • Oversee a broad spectrum of responsibilities from forecasting sales to managing customer relationships, always with a keen eye on the APAC market.

Qualifications

  • Sales Managerial experience and prior experience interfacing with senior executive leadership
  • Experience of sales towards law enforcement, military and government customers
  • Proven Experience with developing sales pipelines in CRM systems
  • 5+ years' general sales experience and proven track record of growing sales, preferably within the tech industry in the Asia-Pacific region.
