Our client leverages mathematical modeling, data analysis, and software tools to help businesses improve the efficiency, reliability, and performance of their networks, ultimately driving cost savings and enhancing overall operational outcomes.

Our client leverages mathematical modeling, data analysis, and software tools to help businesses improve the efficiency, reliability, and performance of their networks, ultimately driving cost savings and enhancing overall operational outcomes.


Some of the established responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Coach on the field:
    This is a player/coach role within the sales team that will have leadership of the global sales team but also their own ownership of opportunities
  • Lead, set strategy, and grow an accountbased and territory based sales team
  • Focus on data:
    Build upon the existing metrics to benchmark the team's success and use data to guide decisions for future growth
  • Develop and scale the team:
    Work with the Head of Sales to design the recruitment strategy
  • Plan programs:
    Partner with our Marketing and Demand Generation teams on planning key initiatives
  • Resultsoriented:
    We have ambitious growth plans and this sales leadership role will have accountability towards performance and attainment of those goals in the region.
