You will be aligned to our Go To Market Strategy with a mission to successfully deliver high-quality client engagements, maintain strong client relationships while gaining alignment with their business needs and maximize strategic organizational objectives.

What You'll Do at Pega:
As the VP for Consulting in the APAC region, you will:
- Own the Consulting P&
L and drive bookings, revenue, operating income and utilization as our key KPIs.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team of professional services sales and delivery experts.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the region, aligning with company goals and client needs.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure successful project delivery.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities within our Fortune 500 client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client adoption and expansion.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Who You Are:
You are a proven Professional Services Leader who is dedicated to the continuous development of high performing teams. You're experienced in leading teams delivering complex, software solutions while also being part of the bigger story around customer success, adoption and commercialization. You understand how to sell software from a services standpoint and what needs to be done to ensure that the expectations you helped to set are met or exceeded.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Professional Services and Delivery.
- A total of 10 years of relevant experience in the software or technology industry in APAC. A executive leader who can provide strategic guidance to organizations working with top executives and senior managers to analyze business challenges, identify business opportunities for expansion but also to improve business performance.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proven experience in revenue growth and client relationship management.
- A strategic mindset and a track record of achieving business objectives. Strong ability to identify opportunities and lead their organization through a path. A strategic thinker, collaborator with high emotional intelligence, empathy and strong coaching abilities.
- A master's degree in a related field preferred.
