Join our Canberra teamas a Territory Sales Manager working with our current and futurecustomers within the ACT and surrounding areas. Within this territory, you will be key inunderstanding our customers known and unknown challenges and opportunities. Asan influencer and leveraging customer insights, you will thrive on identifyingthe right solutions from our offer portfolio.

In your new role, you will:

  • Identify and drive newopportunities within the market across new and existing customers, andacross various market segments.
  • Through activation andutilisation of sales processes, manage and maintain a 12-month rollingorderbook and pipeline with customers.
  • Regularly conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence within the industry including competitor activity, as well as market and industry trends
  • Achieve territory and team objectives as aligned to the region and targets
  • Some administration isalways part of everyones role

This role is a great fit for you if you have:

  • >
    3 years fieldsales experience within a relevant sector (industrial preferred but notessential)
  • Understand how to identify customer, market &
    Industry insights to shape direction
  • Appreciates and understands sales process methodology
  • Able to identify insight to help identify the right rounded solution
  • Strong commercial and critical thinking skills
  • A Positive and influential presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellentinterpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to translateproduct or offer features and benefits to a value proposition
  • Experience dealingwith varying levels of stakeholders and Tier 1-3 customers
