Our client is seeking a Property/Centre Manager to oversee a top Shopping Centre in Wheelers Hill .
We are seeking someone that has had exposure to shopping centre management, or with transferable experience in commercial or retail property/real estate! This is an incredible career opportunity to work with a Global Property Group at a major asset in Wheelers Hill, with incredible learning and development!
Hourly rate:
Up to $75p/hr + Super
Immediate Start!
The Responsibilities

• Meet financial targets:
  Achieve budget goals.
• Provide prompt client service:
  Offer on-demand assistance.
• Follow leasing and legal rules:
  Understand and comply with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Leasing Executives:
  Work together for leasing opportunities.
• Build retailer relationships:
  Foster strong connections.
• Adapt tenant mix:
  Adjust for market changes.
• Ensure centres safety within budget:
  Oversee security within financial limits.
• Develop marketing strategy:
  Plan to attract customers.
• Manage daily operations effectively:
  Ensure smooth functioning.

Ideal Skills/Experience:

• Ideally shopping centre experience however open to candidates with experience in commercial, or retail real-estate/property.
• Strong, verbal, and written communication skills
• A flexible, can-do attitude
• Efficient operator with ability to multi-task
