What you’ll do as a Telematics Implementation Lead:
As a Telematics Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the 3G-4GTelematics implementation programme for TGE. You will work with internal stakeholders (Business leaders, workshops, fleet managers and program manager) as well as external providers of components and services to ensure that the Telematics upgrade programme objectives are met with regards to scope, operational impact, quality, and financial budget. You will act as a key conduit for information and communication between all stakeholders including our internal business units and provide regular updates with regards to the programme’s activities.
What are we looking for in a Telematics Implementation Lead? What’s important?
2+ years project management experience in the national transport and logistics space
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
5+ years experience dealing with suppliers and internal/external customers
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Technical working knowledge of heavy vehicles and related peripherals
Good working knowledge of the HVNL and other relevant heavy vehicle legislation
