The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced technology Delivery Lead/Senior Business analyst with a background in consulting and IT business analysis to join our team. This part-time, fixed term role is perfect for someone who thrives in delivering diverse technology-driven projects end-to-end, and excels at interpreting business needs into effective system designs. Reporting directly to the Head of Technology Solutions &
Data, you will play a key role in leading our strategic technology and process improvement initiatives.
This is not a Project Management role. Instead, the purpose of this role is to determine requirements, interpret business needs and translate them into effective system designs.
Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:
  Scope, plan, and deliver technology projects across the entire lifecycle, ensuring integration with our broader technology roadmap.
• Business Analysis:
  Conduct requirement gathering, process analysis, and root-cause analysis to support system improvements and implementation business cases.
• System Implementation:
  Oversee the implementation of new systems, including system selection and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify and lead improvement projects, enhancing the effectiveness of existing systems and technologies.
• Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

About You

• You are a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5-10 years in a project-based environment, ideally with a focus on technology and business analysis.
• Experience in management consulting or a similar role is highly desirable.
• A strong foundation in leadership, with the ability to manage significant projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in documenting complex systems and requirements.
• Able to travel occasionally, as required between Melbourne and Perth to engage with key stakeholders.
