Job Description\ NSenior development andintegration role in a highly regulated, purpose-driven environment. \ NWe're partnering with an established organisation delivering essential services across Victoria. They're looking for a senior Developer & Integration Specialist to join a small, capable technology team.The role\ NReporting to the Principal Developer, you'll work across the full software development lifecycle design, build, test, release and support, for a portfolio of business-critical applications and integrations, including Dynamics 365 and several bespoke line-of-business systems. You'll also act as the independent quality and release assurance gate, verifying test evidence, documentation and approvals before anything reaches production.Key focus areas:\ N\n Design, develop and support applications, interfaces and integrations\ N Define test strategies across unit, integration, regression, performance, security and UAT with full requirements traceability\ N Apply disciplined release control, peer review, approvals, rollback readiness, post-implementation verification\ N Lead root cause analysis on complex application, integration and data issues\ N Set integration patterns and development standards across the portfolio\ N Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, information governance and compliance obligations\ NWhat you'll bring \n\ N Experience in enterprise application development and systems integration\ N Demonstrated testing governance and release management in business-critical environments\ N Automated quality controls, test automation, static code and security analysis, quality gates\ N Strong stakeholder communication, with the confidence to challenge unsafe release decisions\ N Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience\ NOn offer \n\n Permanent role with a salary package circa $150-170K\ N Hybrid and flexible working, plus generous leave provisionsGenuine investment in learning, development and further study\ N Central Melbourne office, close to public transport\ N\n #J-18808-Ljbffr
