About this opportunity:

Due to continued growth in our company, we are looking for 2 motivated HVAC Technicians to join the team 1x based in Sunshine Coast and 1x based in Hervey Bay QLD.

This opportunity will give you autonomy and challenge you to do what you do best on a variety of projects. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to continue to develop your technical and leadership skills.

In the Sunshine Coast you will be responsible for HVAC system install and upgrades:

• Commercial installation with an ability to read and follow plans.
• Commissioning installation, overhaul, fault finding and servicing of mechanical services.
• Ideally the ability to measure up, order and install sheetmetal.
• Coordination and working with key contractors, as well as in house technicians and apprentices.
• Exposure to Johnson Controls' Building Management Systems
• Ability to also support with quoting small works and assisting with site management activities on larger works.

In the Hervey Bay / Bundaberg region you will be responsible for systems repair and maintenance including:

• Preventative and routine maintenance.
• Commissioning installation, overhaul, fault finding and servicing of mechanical services.
• Maintaining a wide range of equipment from package units through to chillers and central plant
• Exposure to Johnson Controls' Building Management Systems
• Ability to also support with quoting small works and complete mechanical installations and upgrades.

About you:

• Experience with chillers and commercial air conditioning
• 5+ years HVAC experience in commercial market and relevant to the role you are applying for.
• Relevant trade qualifications
• Restricted Electrical License (Full electrical or other trade certificates beneficial to role)
• Current driver's License
