The Role
- Be the 1st Project Manager in Australia as they scale their delivery team at pace.
- Work as part of a team, closely engaging with Software Developers &
QA's to manage requirements. - Client leadership through the project, providing expert guidance, advise &
negotiation where required. - Full project life cycle ownership from inception to deployment &
handover to BAU support. - You will work on multiple projects across carbon credits, carbon assets, carbon footprints, sustainability &
renewable energy and run the full implementation project &
roll-out to customers. - You will be responsible for overseeing &
managing the implementation and roll-out of registry, inventory management &
solutions built for clients ranging from governments, NGOs, commodity producers, to financial institutions. - You'll partner with government, industry, commodity &
nature based organisations across the world to help them achieve their climate commitments. - A tech business operating at the convergence of clean technology, be part of a team with a purpose;
You'll help build digital tech that scales environmental solutions &
promote transparency inenvironmental asset operations.
Your Experience
This would suit someone who has come from a 'start-up' or Scale up environment, used to high growth environments, 'organised chaos' and less structure.
This is a fast-growing business with a relatively small Australian Footprint (45 Employees), so you will have to be a 'do-er' &
take ownership for &
co-ordinate the E2E delivery with the support of the wider team.
- 3 years+ experience in project Management.
- An appetite to move into product management in the near future.
- A natural communicator, you find it easy to chat &
build professional business relationships with techs &
the squads (testers, developers, etc). - A Technical Background, with ability to engage &
communicate with SW developers - You have the core disciplines you'd expect from a Project Manager;
strong stakeholder management, Strong Co-Ordination &
the ability to deal with all different people across the business. - You find it natural to build trusting relationships that deliver great results.
- A focus on quality
- You have plenty of experience in navigating complex software implementation projects.
- Experience in the environmental industry OR Commodities, would be a stand-out bonus.
