Snooze is looking for an experienced, confident, sales-driven Team Leader at our Rockhampton location, looking to advance their career.

able to develop a team.In addition to team development, we require someone who can manage the day-to-day side of business independently whilst assigning relevant tasks to the team to ensure the right training for the team is maintained.
In this role, you will be working across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

You already come with the following:
Ability to develop your team’s sales skills to ensure KPI’s are met.
Ability to comfortably convey performance reviews to your team
Strong leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all team members
Previous retail experience in big-ticket items is essential
Previous management experience is essential
Exceptionally high standards of customer service
Ability to delegate tasks
Effective communication skills, written and verbal
