We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition leader to join us as our next Talent Community Director on an initial 9-month maternity leave contract. We've been busy building our Talent Community team over the last 12 months, and now are looking for the right person to execute our strategy and grow our success.

The Talent Community team are focused on a skills-first approach to build and maintain qualified pools of engaged technology talent. We operate with the purpose of supporting the team across our business to deliver to their client needs, whilst providing access to the best in market opportunities for our talent.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the ongoing operating rhythm for a team of 7 to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of longlists.
  • Driving the expansion of talent community with a focus on increasing adoption across our technical specialisations and teams.
  • Working effectively with senior leadership to ensure talent sourcing strategy aligns to sector-specific goals, trends and future opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen our key talent pools, through improvements to product and process.
