ROLE SUMMARY

This role suite an agile self starter, keen to make a difference to the working environment of the organsaition and the companies we service. A service mindset will be central to your success. You will provide professional human resource business partnering to Revantage and its Porfolio Companies on a range of recruitment policies, programs and practices.

In additon to being a highly skilled recuiter you will have new skills, or high interest, in one or two HR functional areas (i.E:
employee relations, communication, learning &
development). In this role you can look to expand your experience in a few key areas, across the full range of HR expertise. In a organsation of constant change no two days are the same.

Primary Role

Recuitment:

  • Working with Line Management, particularly in Property, to build and implement recruitment solutions in line with business needs.
  • Providing recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of recruitment, including organisational resourcing needs analysis, recruitment market trends analysis, candidate selection, vendor management, analysis of recruitment metrics, and/or other recruitment services.
  • Providing interpretation and counsel to Line Management regarding recruitment policies, programs and practices.
  • Researching issues and developing recruitment solutions to resolve business issues.
  • Developing and implementing new recruitment policies, practices and programs to meet organisational and Line Management needs.

Other Business Genralist Acitivties:

  • Providing services covering multiple areas of Human Resources, including employment/education training, employee development, communications, compensation, benefits, record administration, affirmative action, employee or labour relations, organisational or resource planning, organisational change management or other services.
  • Providing interpretation and counsel to Line Management regarding policies, programs and practices.
  • Researching issues and developing recommendations to resolve Line Management issues.
  • Developing and implementing new policies, practices, systems and programs to meet organisational and Line Management needs
  • Broad technical capabilities, and the agility to learn new HR systems and technology while also supporting its impllemtnation with employees and managers.

External:

  • Senior Leadership and employees of Profolio Companies, in particular 151 Property
  • Senior Leadership and employees of Revantage in Australia,
  • Recuitment Vendors and other providers of P&
    C services on occasion.

Internal:

  • The P&
    C team locally and internationally
  • Revnatge Senior Leadership locally and internationally
  • Revnatge employees in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore

What You Bring To The Role

Required:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment activity, coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Strong consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Human Resource organisational policies and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Generalist Human Resources best practice.
  • Business knowledge and understanding.
  • Relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and highly service orientated.
  • Business partnering capability.
  • Technical proficiency, ideally in the Microsoft office suite, with strong excel and powerpoint skills.
