As our Talent Acquisition Program Lead, reporting to the Group Manager Talent Acquisition Strategy and Onboarding, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to the recruitment and hiring process as well as all programs of work within the Talent Acquisition function. This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop, enhance and implement policies and procedures, develop and produce analytics and reporting and provide training and guidance to the Talent Acquisition community and hiring managers.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will hold project management and program review responsibilities aligned to the Talent Acquisition strategy in conjunction with the Group Manager Talent Acquisition Strategy and Onboarding and General Manager Talent Acquisition.

Position may be located in Gold Coast, Brisbane or Sydney.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Conduct periodic reviews of the Talent Acquisition Compliance Advisors to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
  • Develop, enhance and review policies, procedures and work instructions to ensure functional objectives are met
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team to provide guidance on compliance-related issues
  • Develop analysis on training needs within the Talent Acquisition function and business hiring managers aligned to Talent Acquisition compliance and best practice recruitment techniques
  • Design and implement a continuous improvement program with a focus on ensuring compliance whilst leveraging technology to enhance the efficiency and accuracy on the Talent Acquisition function

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or compliance-related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment utilising a HRIS or CRM
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to financial services or casino operations, recruitment and hiring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with Power BI an advantage

You are experienced in implementing compliance frameworks and understand their complexities and importance in a highly regulated business. You are comfortable conversing and sharing your expertise with a variety of audiences, taking the lead with projects that will elevate the functions of your team and improve processes for the wider organisation.
