If you thrive in times of change and pride yourself on strong stakeholder engagement ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers, we are looking for you! This role reports to the General Manager of Hobart Private Hospital, working closely with our wider People, Culture &
Engagement Team.
This role has a strong focus on operational recruitment, particularly clinical roles, although not limited to. The role will involve working with managers and leading the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to employee onboarding and commencement. This is a part-time role (3 -4 days per week) for a 12 month period
Your day will include:
- Proactively and strategically filling current positions and developing a pipeline of a strong and suitable candidate base.
- Developing strong relationships within a vital part of our business
- Facilitating end-to-end talent acquisition activities, selection processes and support to meet staffing levels across designated business units.
- Managing communications to all internal and external stakeholders
- Advocating for candidates and the business and ensure that an excellent experience is received by candidates and Hiring Managers alike.
- Willing to grow and develop a strong understanding of operational requirements across the business
