HR Partners by Randstad is exclusively representing a global purpose driven organisation seeking a standalone TA Partner. Reporting directly to the HR Director for ANZ this role is a standalone internal recruiter or Talent Partner. An exciting opportunity for someone to ignite, lead, drive and influence the organisation's Talent and recruitment function.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • End to end recruitment of 20-30 roles at a given time (from brief to placement and onboarding and induction) this is a hands on role
  • Manage labour hire relationship with both vendors and contractors
  • Recruitment marketing, including social media campaigns, events and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategies
  • Candidate pipeline and talent pool management
  • Relationship building and management with internal and external stakeholders


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years minimum experience in recruitment and ideally working in a similar role and industry
  • An ability to deal with both white collar and blue collar stakeholders
  • A strategic thinker and problem solver
  • An ability to work to deadlines and manage and prioritise multiple task
