About the Opportunity:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Principal and Senior Structural Engineers to join the CMP team. These roles are crucial to our mission of delivering high-quality water infrastructure projects that serve communities and support environmental sustainability.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and manage complex engineering projects related to water, sewer and treatment infrastructure, including both in-ground and above-ground water retaining structures.
  • Provide technical expertise in the structural design, analysis, and construction of water related infrastructure.
  • Oversee structural project teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and effective solutions.
  • Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

About You

We would like you to bring a consultative approach, with an ability to prioritise your work and get things done - and to enjoy what you do, like we do.

Ideally you will also possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil (Structural) Engineering, or a related field;
  • Experience in the water industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex engineering projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Registered Building Practitioner is highly desirable
