Fantastic opportunity for a Structural Engineering Manager to join an established engineering consultancy seeking to expand their reach into the QLD market.
Join a privately owned consultancy that are making fantastic inroads in the engineering sector having recently successfully set up offices in VIC and NSW and are now looking to replicate this in QLD.
This opportunity offers a blank canvas for you to set up your own team and influence how you operate in Brisbane whilst having the support and backing from the other offices.
You will have the opportunity to work with 50+ staff based across major capital cities (local &
international) where they provide agile outcomes to clients by providing technically excellent solutions.
The business are involved with everything from civil (land development &
local infrastructure), structural (mid to high-rise commercial, residential and industrial projects), temp works and forensic engineering services.
This is a strategic hire seeking to find either an up and coming associate level structural engineer with ambitions to become a regional manager or for a proven business leader currently working for a Tier 1 consultancy who is looking for a change of environment for 2023/24.
You will be the first pivotal hire, capitalising on their strong network of clients and contacts in QLD. Please note, there will be an element of business development involved for this role so the preferred candidate will be required to have a strong network within the industry.
Remuneration for this role ranges anywhere between $200,000 - $250,000.
