About the team


Our eCommerce Strategy team is now seeking a Strategy Business Partner to join their team. If you want to be a part of our Coles Digital transformation and see the meaningful and tangible impact your work has on the lives of millions of Australians every week.


About the role


As our Strategy Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with our executive team to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that maximises our online presence, customer engagement, and revenue generation. Your deep industry knowledge and strategic insights will be instrumental in driving our success in the digital era.

Reporting to the Strategy Manager, you will build and develop a strategy to drive the success of our digital products and eCommerce operations.


You will


- Partner with a variety of stakeholder groups such as Digital Leadership Team, Group Strategy Team, Finance, Operations, Technology and Commercial teams
- Provide fact-based insight to assist the development and delivery of key business strategies related to digital retail
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders in the business as strategic thought partners and drivers of execution against strategic initiatives
- Make a positive contribution to the development of Coles' eCommerce Strategy
- Support the development and execution of project plans to deliver against the strategic priorities of the business


You have


- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, product strategy or retail strategy
- Proven experience in complex analytical problem solving (e.G., hypothesis-based problem solving)
- Ability to develop financial models and strategic frameworks
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Experience working in a high-performa nce team environment
- Experience writing or contributing to board level presentations and reports
