What is the job about:
The State Manager is about driving revenue and building long-term customer relationships and it is a key leadership role reporting to the General Manager of Sales. The successful candidate will be required to provide the strategic direction, lead our customer and industry engagement, management and coaching through the State Sales team and will formulate and implement plans and initiatives to ensure goals and budgets are achieved.
What you’ll love about the opportunity:
You will lead and manage the state sales teams, driving high-performance and be accountable for the revenue sales and budgets.
You will lead the customer and industry engagement across the state engaging with customers regularly.
You promote our customer service proposition and create exceptional customer added value by educating and informing them of these benefits.
You will review sales forecasts and performance reporting, detailing results to budget, reviewing variances and creating action plans to correct any shortfall and optimise opportunities.
Provide leadership and actively participate in S&
OP forums on behalf of the state and with the Operations Manger lead the State Based people initiatives.
