Team Overview

Our litigation and dispute resolutionteam is part of the Commercial Division of the firm, providing highquality, strategic, and cost-effective litigation and disputeresolution services across a range of industries. With a strongclient base, the team recognises that understanding their client'sbusinesses and objectives is critical to providing advice on how thelitigation and dispute resolution process can be controlled toachieve desired outcomes.

The Opportunity

We are looking for passionatecommercial litigators with 5 years' post admission experience tojoin our established litigation and dispute resolution practicegroup. You will be working with highly regarded principals andlawyers across a range of complex and challenging commerciallitigation, insolvency, and business advice matters. You will be alawyer who prides themselves on their commitment, resilience, andattention to detail skills.

Skills and Experience

• 5 years' post admission experiencein commercial litigation
• Knowledge of the Corporations Act
• Ability to manage a busy workloadand work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently withminimal supervision
• A strong client focus with theability to build and maintain strong client relationship
• A commercial approach and abilityto articulate and negotiate effectively
• Ability to relate to people at alllevels and effectively work in a team
• Experience in managing a team oflegal professionals
• Practical and client focusedproblem-solving skills;
