What You'll Do:

• Architecture Deliverables:
  Create and manage architecture documents for projects.
• Target Architecture:
  Help define and simplify future architecture.
• Coordination:
  Work with global teams to design solutions.
• Documentation:
  Prepare written and verbal materials for transitioning solutions to regular operations.
• Risk Reduction:
  Understand the business context to minimize risks.

What You Need to Succeed:

Experience and Skills:

• Software Engineering Background:
  Strong foundation in large-scale software engineering.
• Solution Design:
  Ability to lead the design and development of enterprise software solutions.
• Doing Things Right:
  Focus on building efficient and simple business solutions.
• Customer Interaction:
  Experience working with clients in enterprise environments.

Desirable Background:

• Technical Expertise:
  Solid technical and solution architecture background.
• Project Delivery:
  Experience delivering solutions across project lifecycles, including global teams.
• Communication:
  Effectively communicating with business leaders, IT teams, peers, vendors, and client staff.
• Tech Knowledge:
  Familiarity with API design and microservice architectures.
• Architecture Participation:
  Active involvement in architecture groups, discussing and documenting solution strategies.
