As an integral member of our ServiceNow practice, you will lead the charge in solution design, development, and client relationship management, driving innovation and excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design Mastery:
  Take ownership of the solution design process, translating diverse requirements into seamless customer experiences. Drive change management initiatives, facilitating smooth transitions and maximizing value for our clients.
• Strategic Leadership:
  Prioritize outcomes from sprint to program levels, ensuring agile delivery and operational excellence. Champion a culture of Continuous Transformation, leveraging ITIL4 practices and Agile methodologies to enhance client experience.
• Communication Expertise:
  Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders, sales leaders, and external partners, articulating priorities and success criteria with clarity. Navigate high-pressure situations with finesse, managing expectations and driving collaborative problem-solving.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive Experience:
  Bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow consultancy or related roles, demonstrating proficiency in requirements gathering, technical design, and solution delivery.
• Solutions Design and Architect:
  1-2+ years of solutions design/ solutions architecture in ServiceNow.
• Strategic Vision:
  Showcase a track record of leading the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions in diverse client environments, driving business outcomes and fostering growth.
• Technical Acumen:
  Possess deep expertise in web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, and web services, along with a solid understanding of technical components like LDAP, SAML/SSO, and integrations.
• Certification:
  Hold certifications as a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Certified Implementation Specialist, validating your expertise in the platform.
• Agile Mindset:
  Embrace Agile methodologies, contributing to the evolution of our practices and methodologies to stay ahead in a dynamic landscape.
