Solution Architect / Integration

As the Solution Architect, you will play an integral part in the ongoing success of the company wide largest Transformation Project. A Salesforce CRM implementation to automate and unify processes across the group.

You will be responsible for establishing a modern Integration Platform in the context of a large transformation program and enable its smooth transition and adoption within the wider enterprise. Your role will be critical in ensuring that the Integration platform is well established, onboarding key business applications, and establishing key integration standards, patterns and catalogues that enable our client to accelerate their integration capability.

Stakeholder management is critical, you will have a voice at the table to guide and direct the integration landscape.

Skills/Experience:

• 10+ years demonstrated experience in delivering business-outcome focused solution architecture engagements.
• Experience in defining and delivering sound, contemporary and pragmatic approaches for technology areas, inclusive of strategic direction, current state assessments, target blueprints and roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and negotiate program alignment to the strategic direction for the domain, particularly contributing to sound successful program establishment phases, where delivery approach, estimations, resource identification and risk mitigation are addressed.
• Demonstrated experience within the domain, of realising solution architecture designs to successful solution delivery and operations, across waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of contemporary integration approaches (e.G. SOA, APIs, open data, micro services) and event-based architectures
• Experience working with MuleSoft and business ecosystems - Salesforce and SaaS models.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience working with REIT organisations desirable.
