SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER

• 6-month contract
• Global client
• Fully remote role

THE ROLE
A consulting client of mine has partnered with a global organisation who is hiring multiple SRE's into multiple teams. They are using cutting edge technology, working on multiple projects and offering a fully remote initial 6-month contract (+ extension).
SKILLS

• Automation/Linux admin (file system, network etc)
• Message queue systems
• K8s administration and deployment
• Expertise in linux/systems admin
• Debugging/troubleshooting skills on application/infrastructure/linux levels
• Exposure to distributed systems
• Knowledge of containers
• Scripting in bash/python
• Devops exposure, CICD pipelines
• Python or Golang coding (nice to have)
• Monitoring tools:
  grafana, Prometheus etc.
