We aim for our staff to have a good work-life balance and are renowned for the long-term tenure of our employees.About the roleReporting to the Project Manager, the Site Manager is responsible for the delivery of projects within scope, designated timeframes and budget ensuring the project remains on target by maintaining an accurate construction program.Key Responsibilities

Oversee, manage and deliver projects onsite from beginning to end Effective onsite management of all site resources including subcontractors, trades, staff and equipment Delivery of projects safely, efficiently and effectively through meeting the project success criteria's of stakeholder

relationships, time, cost, quality, safety and process compliance Adhere to, improve upon and maintain the construction program Carry out safety audits, tool box talks and site coordination meetings Provide practical solutions to daily on-site challenges and obstacles Lead, manage and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and ensure behaviours are aligned with the

company's values Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external Ensure Occupational Health and Safety is adhered to Regularly communication with the Project Manager

Skills &
experience

Proven experience as a Site Manager/Foreman/Supervisor Strong communication and organisational skills Proactive management of trades and the project programme Show drive and an excellent attitude in regards to safety and achieving time/quality/cost targets Excellent building knowledge and up to date construction methodology
