About the Company.
A distinguished nationwide construction company. Specialising in high-value large new build projects valued over $70M. With a diverse portfolio spanning the Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Government and Multi-residential sectors. The business has recently secured several new projects due to a steady pipeline of work, they are seeking to expand their team with an experienced Site Manager to lead their projects to success.

About the Position.
You will commence your role working on a well-resourced $80M education project. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team that includes a Project Manager, Contracts Administrators, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and multiple Foreman. Together, you will ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining your commitment to quality and safety.
Duties.

  • Lead and manage construction site activities to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of the site
  • Ensure compliance needs are met with project specifications, building Codes, and safety regulations
  • Forward planning, scheduling, and ordering materials
  • Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
  • Toolbox talks, site inductions, WHS management and compliance
  • maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and site records

Skills &
Experience.

  • Proven experience as a Site manager, working on projects valued over $50M
  • Trade qualification in Carpentry
  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Projects/Suites
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
