ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Having secured a large-scale new build project for a well respected client, we are seeking to employ a skilled Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large scale commercial/industrial project valued above $40M from start to finish in the Central Coast. With an extensive history for delivering commercial, industrial, and retail projects to an impeccable standard, this builder has become a household name and brand in the industry.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

This position will encompass the end to end duties of Site Management, with ultimate focus on excellent on-site construction works that support a safe, productive, and quality driven project site. You will work alongside a capable and well-resourced project team, including a Project Manager, Foremen, Contract Administrators, Site Engineers, and Cadets.

DUTIES.

• Oversee and manage onsite project activities
• Ensure excellence in WHS, Quality, and Compliance
• Construction programming - short and long range
• Lead and manage a site team to achieve outcomes
• Subcontractor management and audits

SKILLS &
EXPERIENCE.

• Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
• Proven record as a Site Manager delivering projects around $20M
• Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
• Large-scale commercial, industrial, or retail experience is highly desirable
