About the role

• Package of up to $160k (including base, super, tool of trade vehicle, remote allowance and labour market allowance) + bonus
• Work for a leading Australian agribusiness
• Diverse, hands-on role supervising operations and managing grower relationships

We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee our site in Moura, NSW where your key responsibilities of this role day-to-day include;

• Supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently
• Assist the Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during peak and off-peak seasons
• Safely manage grain receivals and outloads
• Build and maintain relationships with local growers, supporting the community

• Experience supervising, supporting and developing workgroups / individuals
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to meet operational demands
• Capacity to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Current unrestricted driver licence and basic IT literacy
