Reporting to the Project Director, the Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Sustainability (SHEQS) Director will provide high level oversight and support to the project team.

This will be a challenging role that tests your ability to manage high-stakes relationships while managing assurance against the project agreement.

can withstand project pressure, while keeping level headed and working towards a best for project approach

Requirements:

The responsibility that comes with this role should not be underestimated, therefore we are looking for sophisticated leader with demonstrable major infrastructure experience:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification(s), at the degree or master's level (desired)
  • The ability to develop long-term strategies that are well documented, communicated and implemented
  • The ability to engage and influence project stakeholders internally and externally, to enhance relationships
  • Demonstrable Project delivery with greater than 15 years' industry experience having held senior appointments
  • Excellent report writing skills with the ability to trend data and make recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team
  • The ability to develop and implement project wide governance and assurance programs
  • The ability to positively engage with project personnel and relevant Business Unit personnel.
