Join our dynamic team at Suncorp Bank as a Service Delivery Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our critical applications and platforms. You'll have the opportunity to take the lead in a talented service delivery team, driving excellence in performance to meet the evolving needs of our business and users.

What you'll do:

• Cultivate and nurture day-to-day relationships with our service partners, fostering collaboration and driving towards shared objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end management of production services, whether provided internally or sourced externally, ensuring alignment with business priorities and expectations.
• Champion the establishment of robust metrics and performance reporting mechanisms, empowering informed decision-making and ensuring the continuous improvement of service levels.
• Act as a vital interface between our partners and other key stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and alignment of goals.
• Monitor user satisfaction closely and collaborate with our delivery team to swiftly address any concerns, ensuring a consistently positive experience.
• Take charge of planning, estimating, and executing systems work, diligently managing time, budget, and quality targets.

What you'll bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or Business IT or Project Management qualifications, or relevant industry experience
• Deep expertise in escalation procedures, incident management, and other facets of service delivery
• Mastery of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles
• A track record of successfully coordinating multiple teams within a technology environment, demonstrating your ability to drive collaboration and achieve results
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, including clients, vendors, and senior management.
• A natural ability to forge new relationships and proactively engage with stakeholders across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
• Proven ability to balance concurrent activities.
• Strong knowledge and experience in software development in an Agile environment
