The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service DeliveryManager to join the Office of the Commissionerfor Public Sector Employment (OCPSE) team. The Service DeliveryManager worksclosely with, and is accountable to, the Manager, WorkforceSystems for the highly effective management of the servicedelivery function and team. This includes the management ofthe daily operations of the service desk function, drivingcontinuous improvement and providing strategic advice to theManager Workforce Systems in an effort to identifyopportunities to further enhance our systems and servicedelivery.
The Service Delivery Manager isresponsible for engagement with all change reference groups toensure that all change requests are assessed, and appropriateconsideration is given to the impacts of the proposedchanges. They will workclosely with relevant stakeholder groups to lead, plan andimplement process and system improvements, which includesinvolvement in any project teams for more significant systemchanges or enhancements.

Administration Services Officer, Level 7 (ASO7 $106,512-$115,137 pa)
Full time, temporary up to 24 months
