About the Role As a Service Delivery Manager, you will:
- Build and manage strategic operational relationships, including C-suite contacts.
- Support customers with their operational needs through site visits and phone contact.
- Manage project implementations and changes to services.
- Act as a point of escalation for operational issues.
- Identify opportunities to meet customer needs with our products and services.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree.
- 5+ years in roles such as Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Customer Success Manager.
- Experience in IT, preferably with a Managed Services, IaaS, or Cloud provider.
- Understanding of cloud technologies.
- ITIL, Agile, and/or Prince II certifications (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for exceptional customer service.
