About the Role As a Service Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Build and manage strategic operational relationships, including C-suite contacts.
  • Support customers with their operational needs through site visits and phone contact.
  • Manage project implementations and changes to services.
  • Act as a point of escalation for operational issues.
  • Identify opportunities to meet customer needs with our products and services.

What We're Looking For

  • A university degree.
  • 5+ years in roles such as Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Customer Success Manager.
  • Experience in IT, preferably with a Managed Services, IaaS, or Cloud provider.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies.
  • ITIL, Agile, and/or Prince II certifications (highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for exceptional customer service.
