About the Opportunity

The ERP Service Delivery Manager will forge key relationships with business stakeholders, collaborating to formulate a service strategy for our enterprise HR and Finance systems.

The role aims to enhance business engagement and service enablement through effective collaboration, investing in developing the necessary capabilities to front our service catalog and act as the conduit between key stakeholders, ensuring business outcomes. You will operate and further develop our Workday Governance Model to drive clear accountabilities, support decision-making, and promote collaborative ways of working.

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing the change pipeline primarily for our ERP Workday, while also representing applications supporting related services such as Health and Safety, Risk Management, and Financial audit. Using a matrix model, you will ensure internal and external support services are efficient, provide value, and are managed within service level agreements.


About you


The skills and experience required in the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • You will define a resource and capacity management/capability uplift plan, establishing an operating rhythm supported by consistent planning and service management reporting.

  • Leadership across our AMS provider and internal support teams, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and driving continuous service improvement.

  • Craft and take charge of the complete support service strategy and its delivery. Coordinate diverse cross-functional teams, ensuring operational soundness, security, and stability of the platforms and services within the defined scope.

  • Demonstrated expertise in a Service Delivery Management role, collaborating with Managed Service Providers and internal stakeholders to ensure an outstanding experience across enterprise applications.
