Position Description:

We have a newly created opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to work with some of Australia's largest fleet-intensive utility organisations. You will collaborate with hardware and software vendors to provide vehicle-based mobile computing services tailored for the Australian market.
Enjoy a diverse role, providing service delivery leadership, engagement management, project management and business development. Be part of our experienced, collaborative, supportive and highly technical team in a purpose designed operational technology facility.
We have a hybrid work model where you'll work on site at Lane Cove, visit clients, and work from home.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Provide technical and delivery leadership across customer support and project engagements with a specialisation in mobility computing, ruggedised devices and other operational technology solutions
- Actively manage support and project engagements to contracted obligations;
aiming to exceed clientexpectations and service levels
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Oversee reporting, ordering, goods receiving, packing, shipping and other administrative tasks performed by the team
- Manage all project financials including procurement, budgets, reporting, invoicing and cash collection
- Leverage your professional network to identify, pursue and capture new business opportunities that provide sustainable revenue and growth
- Customer site visits as required for business development, relationship management, troubleshooting or delivery of hardware

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Experience managing multiple operational technology oriented service/project engagements
- Experience with managing the procurement and delivery of services associated with:

- Ruggedised laptops and tablets within in-vehicle deployments
- Mobile-computing and operational fleet management software solutions
- Strong technical leadership
- A passion for service excellence and process adherence / improvement
- Excellent communication, analytical and issue resolution skills
- Experience working in the Utilities domain preferable
In addition to the above you will also require:

- Full Australian driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Full permanent work rights for Australia
